How to Get a Loan

Once you select us to obtain your home loan, you'll be amazed at how quickly and simply the loan process moves. Before you know it, you'll have a mortgage that suits your lifestyle and saves you money.

Here's an overview of the loan-application process

STEP ONE -- Get Pre-Approved! Getting started is easy...

When you've decided a new home or a refinance is the plan for you, the next step is to start your loan application, which can be done easily through our website. To get started, select an application from the list on the left.

A mortgage loan officer will contact you to go over your situation and help you gather the information necessary to make a formal decision.

STEP TWO -- You are Approved and Found a Property to Buy

After being pre-approved, you can look for homes to buy. Once you find the home you want and have signed a purchase agreement, your mortgage professional will begin the formal process with you.

You will have disclosures to sign and we will need the documentation gathered in Step One. We will order your appraisal and select a company to do the title work. Your file will be processed and underwritten for approval.

STEP THREE -- Your Loan is Approved and Funded

Your Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Professional will designate an Escrow/Title Company to handle the funding of your loan, along with many other factors which make your purchase go smoothly.

We will coordinate with the escrow team and you'll sign the final papers at their office.
